Q. What warranties do I have with your stucco systems?
Labor and materials carry a 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 or even 15 year warranty

Q. Does Stucco offer any added insulation values to my home?
Yes, R-values can increase from as little to 11 to as much as 25.
Q. What type of maintenance does stucco require?
Typically a stucco finish should be pressure-washed every two years to avoid accumulation of mold and mildew. Periodic checking of expansion joints should also occur. Also, like with any other type of exterior wall cladding, the stucco finish color will fade slightly over the years due to exposure to the elements. At that time you may opt for a simple and inexpensive recoat with finish color.
Q. I am concerned about water damage, how do I avoid it?
Professional stucco applicators are well versed in the most common entry points for water penetration. Before the application process begins our field managers will inspect for appropriate flashing, appropriate sealant and caulking, window construction, moisture barriers, areas of transition between walls and roofs and walls to doors and chimneys. Stucco is resistive to water intrusion when it is applied correctly. Always consult a professional first.
Q. What choices do I have with regard to colors and details?
Variations to color and details are limitless. As with paint any color can be matched and applied as a finish coat. Details can be created on site, or specially ordered, to reproduce that special look that you require.
